I guess I was naive in thinking the 2004 presidential election was between Kerry and Bush. In a timely interview published in the Post this morning, Pickens nonchalantly shares his reason for financing the Swift Boat Veterans and POWs for Truth ads that ran during the 2004 election and helped torpedo John Kerry. It seems Pickens had a beef with George Soros.
